And we’re grateful that the pandemic opened the door to exponential growth in our business. Not only did we create new ways to serve our heart-centered clients, but the step back from “regular” life lit a desire in our client base to get in touch with what matters most to their innermost selves.
Our Incredible Growth, However, Created a New Challenge
Our retreats are thoughtfully planned and carefully structured to open the door to soul-level transformation. In the month after a retreat, we provide our clients two coaching sessions to help them ground their transformation once they return home.
At the end of the second session, our retreat clients have the opportunity to continue coaching to further enhance their personal transformation.

Our current coaching team is almost at capacity and we need more high-quality certified coaches to support clients beyond their two initial coaching sessions. Plus we have over 10,000 previous clients that we want to invite back into coaching.
After witnessing the near-miraculous transformation our clients undergo during their Soul Adventure, we are committed to support them in continued exploration and growth.

We’re Looking for a Few Great Coaches
As a company, we have 60 to 80 new clients per month coming through our business who need coaching. That’s 60 to 80 people who need two coaching sessions in the 30 days after their retreat – and 60 to 80 people who are highly qualified and often very motivated to continue with additional monthly coaching.
We’re looking for up to 20 active and trained coaches who will partner with us to serve these clients.

We’ll Train You to Provide World-Class Coaching
The SSA Coach Certification Program is designed to train you fully in the proprietary coaching system we have developed to best support our retreat clients – Soul Coaching.
This certification program does NOT teach basic, foundational coaching skills (which is why we are accepting only active, experienced, certified coaches).
During this advanced certification program, you’ll discover:
A Limited-Time Opportunity That May Not Be Repeated
Yeah, yeah … we know you’ve heard that “limited-time opportunity” bit before.
But this isn’t a statement designed to create a false sense of urgency.
In Spring 2022, we will be certifying no more than 20 experienced coaches in Soul Coaching.
No more than 20 … because we want to ensure that you get plenty of personal attention. We also want to ensure that there is an adequate number of clients on the backend for each coach who completes the certification process.
And we may well accept fewer than 20. We have a high standard of care that we offer to our clients, and we know that every applicant may not fit the vision of what we hold for our coaching team. If only 12 coaches meet our criteria, then we’ll run the program with 12 coaches.
When we next offer a certification program remains to be seen. It depends on how rapidly our company continues to grow, how many clients our new coaching team is able to handle, how many clients sign on for ongoing coaching, and more.
All we can definitively say at this moment is that we have no plans to offer another certification program once the doors close.

How long does it take to become certified?
The entire Coach Certification process will take approximately 9 weeks. We begin on April 4. 2022.

What do I have to do to earn certification with SSA?
The SSA Coach Certification consists of 3 core phases:
- In Phase 1, you’ll experience a custom-designed 3-day Sedona Soul Adventure in beautiful Sedona, Arizona.
- In Phase 2, you’ll participate in 7 weekly online training sessions, each lasting about 2 hours.
- In Phase 3, coaches who passed the certification process will participate in an onboarding session to learn the administrative side of delivering SSA coaching sessions.
- If investing 9 weeks to unlock a steady stream of new, qualified clients (not to mention the transformation you’ll experience on your own Soul Adventure) sounds like a great idea, apply now for your spot.
Am I allowed to continue coaching my own clients?
Absolutely! If you earn certification, you will be working with SSA clients as a 1099 contractor – which means that you will not be a full-time employee. We expect and encourage you to continue growing your existing coaching business.
How many clients will I receive each month?
We anticipate sending each coach 4 or more clients a month. And we are looking for you to add so much value that they continue to coach with you beyond the first two sessions, creating a compounding number of clients for you. Obviously, we cannot guarantee how many clients you’ll receive each month, and here’s why…
We don’t know exactly how many coaches will be accepted into this program (though we do know we’ll cap participation at a maximum of 20 people).
We also don’t know how many coaches will complete the certification process. (We’d like to say all, but must acknowledge that some may choose to not finish – and others may not pass the final certification.)
SSA Certified Coaches will have the opportunity to restrict how many new clients they accept each month. If another coach cuts back, you may get more clients.
We obviously don’t have a crystal ball to predict what client demand will be like. Though let’s just say that after experiencing exponential growth in one of the most challenging economic periods ever, we’re confident about what’s to come.
And finally, we can’t predict what percentage of clients will choose to continue with ongoing coaching (what we lovingly call our “after-care” program) after they complete their two grounding sessions.
Remember, though … you won’t be receiving leads. You’ll be receiving paying clients. And those clients will be highly qualified prospects for ongoing coaching after they’ve completed their initial two paid sessions with you.

Am I required to be a certified coach already?
Yes. We are looking for experienced, active, committed and established coaches. This is not a certification program for new and emerging coaches. Our clients want – and deserve – the support of a skilled coach to properly ground their Soul Adventure experience once they return home.
At a minimum, you should have a coach certification from a reputable coach certification company and be coaching clients on a regular basis.
Because only Certified Coaches will be accepted into this program, our training does not cover core coaching competencies. This means your precious time will be focused on learning our unique Soul Coaching process.
